This page identifies the Returns and Exchanges Policy ("Returns and Exchanges Policy") under which a Web Site visitor ("You") may return products ("Product") originally purchased from http://www.keyringopener.com ("The Site"), which is owned by Full Circle Innovations, LLC ("The Company").

| Return & Exchange Policy: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise returned must be unused and in perfect condition. Packing slips are required for all returns. Indicate on the back of your invoice the reason for your return, so we can serve you better in the future. |
We recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier, and that you insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending to us. We can not be held responsible for missing packages. Exchanges and Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return of merchandise. We will send you an email confirmation when your exchanges/refunds are processed. |
Unfortunately, we are not able to process your exchange without the return of your original order. In the case where merchandise is not available in stock for exchange, you will be fully reimbursed. We will refund the purchase price with the credit card used for the original purchase, excluding any shipping costs incurred, and a small handling fee. Shipping costs will be refunded only when the return is a result of our error. We retain the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. If you have any questions regarding returns or exchanges, please phone or email us during the regular business week, Monday through Friday (except holidays) between 10AM – 6 PM EST. |
| Shipping Policy:: All individual orders are shipped by US Mail on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM EST, and shipping paid for separately. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday 11AM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, you will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. |

- Billing Address: The same address as your billing address for your credit card
- Alternate Shipping Address: This is an alternate address for you

The Company does not suggest, infer, or warranty any result or outcome of using The Site. Nor does The Company provide, or infer warranty surrounding any instructions, testimonials, recommendations or directions contained on The Site, or within The Site Content.

Please call for shipping costs of order larger than 10 units, as we will be price according to order complexity and weight.
